Founded in 1989 under the name Tyler Hematology-Oncology, our team of highly credentialed and experienced oncologists has earned a reputation as an authority on cancer care in East Texas. On Aug. 26, 2019, HOPE Cancer Center of East Texas became UT Health East Texas HOPE Cancer Center, owned and operated by UT Health North Campus Tyler. Our Tyler, Henderson and Jacksonville locations operate as departments of UT Health North Campus Tyler. And, our name reflects our focus, hope, as well as our longstanding and ongoing commitment to providing the highest-quality care for people with cancer and blood disorders.

We also schedule your visits with other specialists and handle the associated responsibilities — such as collecting reports, results and records — for accuracy, speed and ease.
